We want to hear what is working, where we can improve and what support would add greater value to your business. Whether you work with ICN NT regularly or occasionally, your perspective will help guide our services and priorities for the year ahead.
The confidential survey takes approximately 10 minutes and closes at 11.59pm ACST on Wednesday 4 November 2026. Feedback will be reported in aggregate, with findings and resulting actions shared after the survey closes.
Complete the survey and opt in to the prize draw for your chance to win one of two $250 vouchers to spend with an eligible Territory-owned and operated business of your choice.
- Early draw: Submit your entry by 11.59pm ACST on Wednesday 21 October. The first prize will be drawn at 10am ACST on Thursday 22 October.
- Final draw: Submit your entry by 11.59pm ACST on Wednesday 4 November. The second prize will be drawn at 10am ACST on Thursday 5 November.
Early entrants who do not win the first prize will also be included in the final draw.
If your chosen business does not offer gift vouchers, ICN NT will arrange payment directly with the business so you can receive eligible goods or services.
Prize entry is open to eligible Northern Territory residents, with one entry per person. The selected business must meet the eligibility requirements and cannot be owned by the winner.
